About Us

I work with couples who are wanting to make sense of their life experiences, navigate significant life transitions, and thrive in an increasingly complex world.

Couples therapy sessions are 90 minutes in length and available in-person in Broomfield, CO or virtually. I support couples in the Denver Metro Area and Colorado state.

We work together in "real-time" to address relationship challenges using the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) and complimentary therapeutic modalities. Through guided scenarios, each person learns effective strategies for a more satisfying relationship. Couples have an opportunity to understand themselves and each other more deeply.

During a couples counseling session, I provide support and coaching for each partner to try new ways of communicating and behaving that create more safety and security within the relationship. We work "live" to notice present moment experience for both you and your partner. We then practice new ways of interacting in order to interrupt harmful patterns. Couples have the opportunity to experience something different during the therapy session. I provide psychoeducation on how to adopt a healthy, fair, and just concept of "we" that is unique to your relationship and honors each person and their individual needs.
