About Fortitude Physio & Movement, PLLC:
Bree Koffler is the sole owner of Fortitude Physio & Movement. Her mission is to bring movement back to the community through communication, education and connection. Whether it is treatment to recover from an injury, personal training to excel at a sport or teaching simple daily exercises, she is determined to have influence on her clients' movement everyday - improving the health span and longevity in life. For almost 2 years she has been located inside Active Lab in Broomfield - a small community gym. It is a perfect compliment to her passion for movement, rehabilitation – and strength! She sought out this location to grow Fortitude Physio because it is located in the heart of the Broomfield Community. As a physical therapist and athletic trainer for over 25 years, Bree integrates manual hands-on therapy, dry needling, Pilates exercise, and functional training movements to help her clients back to an active lifestyle. She is a master at identifying dysfunctional movement patterns and educating her clients on what they can do to help themselves!
