Bungee Fitness has taken the industry by storm - low impact, strength building, and increased flexiblity are just a few of the benefits. ROW ViGOR offers a unique indoor rowing class that can be joined in person or online. Together, Total Movement Fitness and ROW ViGOR will have you sweating in a way you've never imagined!
For only $5 you can join our onsite challenge, participate in our blended class, and meet other health and wellness professionals. Caveman Chefs will provide samples of their amazing Paleo based meals. Koru Chrioractic will answer your alignment and adjustment questions. Selbo Therapeutics will answer your muscular skeletal questions - the staff are truly body mechanics!
