From Kitchen to Customer: Navigating Retail Food Establishment Regulations
Broomfield’s Environmental Health Manager, Mike Solter, and Food Program Manager, Katie Kessler will cover the requirements for opening a retail food establishment in Broomfield, operating other types of food businesses including cottage foods and farmers markets/temporary events. The presenters intend this to be an open event to help with questions and provide guidance on retail food operations and to provide opportunities to ask questions directly from health inspectors.
