Newly appointed Avista Adventist Hospital CEO, Jillyan McKinney, a rising star within the Adventist Health System, has a reputation for bringing greater physician alignment and leading her teams to a collective goal of improving the health and well-being of their community.
In her previous role as Vice President of Strategic Business Development at Florida Hospital, her infectious energy enabled her to initiate several major expansion projects and she is credited with facilitating jumps in both volume and hospital profitability.
Over the course of lunch, Jillyan will address the changing landscape of healthcare and the approaches Avista Hospital is taking to more effectively bring together treatment providers, community groups, and others to provide care to diverse populations with complex needs.
