Educational Series: HR and the Virtual Office
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, many businesses continue to have employees working from home. And in that virtual office world, it can be hard for companies to continue workplace culture, as well as to manage human resources issues for a virtual workforce.
In this seminar, Leon Cerna from HR Advantage will discuss how we can reinforce the culture in virtual workplaces. The session will also examine the best HR practices to build trust and collaboration between team members that are working from remote locations.
