Dispensing the FACTS About the Cannabis Industry (1st Qtr. 2020 Education Series)
Join us for a three-part Lunch-and-Learn series designed to provide answers to the most commonly asked questions about the cannabis industry. During each session, you'll hear from one of three trusted subject matter experts who are excited to share industry facts with you and answer the myriad of questions that most folks have.
- Why is there such a negative stigma associated with cannabis?
- What is the difference between hemp and marijuana?
- What is the difference between CBD and THC?
- How do you know that the product you're purchasing is safe and that what is listed on the label is actually what's in the product?
- What kind of oversight is provided to ensure the quality and safety of the product?
Attendance at each session is not mandatory, but each session is designed to build on the last. Because of this, we are offering a three-session (January 30th, February 27th, and March 26th) registration discount (for Broomfield Chamber members). Please note that this series is not open to the general public at this time. Attendees must be a member of the Broomfield Chamber and/or other Chambers from the surrounding communities! NOTE: local lawmakers are welcome to attend but MUST contact Tammy at Tammy.Whitaker@BroomfieldChamber.com or 303-466-1775, xt 101 to register.
