Business Workshop – Growing Your Team - Hosted by JMills Consulting
This is the final class in the 3-part series dedicated to organizing and growing your business internally. We’ll discuss the signs you should be looking for that identify you’re ready to grow your team and hire some help. We’ll explore aspects that create positive team culture and how to get the best from your team. We will also review the 3 manuals needed to grow your team successfully: your Internal Hiring & Training manual, your Employee Handbook and your Operations Manual. The workshop portion of this class will be focused on determining which tasks you’d like to take off your plate, what role might make sense as a first hire, your tentative hiring timeline, and breaking down a job description. You will also walk away with an outline of how to start the hiring process and some next steps.
