Business Workshop – Business Systems – Reviewing Your Processes and Workflow - Hosted by City of Thornton Economic Development

This class is focused on reviewing the internal systems that allow your business to function. We’ll discuss what policies should be in place at minimum, the different types of systems within your business, how they affect your workflow and how they impact your growth. The workshop portion will allow you to spend time identifying the policies you currently have in place, and the specific systems relevant to your business as well as beginning to brainstorm the steps for each one. This is the second class in a 3-part series.
