*You must be a member in good standing at the time you reserve your booth space and at the time of the event to retain the member price. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge.
*Booth spaces are non-refundable, non-transferrable
Booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will receive an email confirmation with your booth space assignment.
The Broomfield Chamber Trade Fair is part of the overall City and County's Broomfield Days Event with over 30,000 in attendance!
Other great activities include:
Broomfield Day's Race 5k Run/1 Mile Fun Run, Golf Tournament, Parade, Dock Dogs Competition, entertainment and much more!
This is THE opportunity to promote your business at Broomfield's largest community event!
A few important items to note:
- The Broomfield Chamber Trade Fair booths are for informational purposes only. You will not be able to sell any products or serve any food. For those types of booths you will need to work with the City and County of Broomfield.
- Rental fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a refund is requested, we can only consider providing a refund if we sell out of all booth spaces, not just the space you rented.
- You must be a Chamber Member in good standing.
- Booth sharing is not allowed.
- You are reserving a 10' x 10' space. You are responsible for your booth and supplies and are encouraged to work with a Chamber Member if you need to rent a tent and equipment. Sponsorship packages include a basic vendor booth package.
- Electricity is available in the Turquoise area only for an additional fee.

Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis!
$350 for an in-line booth.
$400 for a corner booth.
Non-Member Booths will go on sale July 1st at an increased Non-Member rate.
$600 for an in-line booth.
$650 for a corner booth.
