Bites and Brews Vendor Walk-Through

We are excited to host a walk-through at the Blue Sport Stable Center to discuss the unloading protocol, parking, and other event details. During this walk-through, all vendors will receive their booth numbers. Please make sure to attend and address any questions or concerns you might have.

Details for the Walk-through:

• Date: July 17, 2024

• Time: 12-1 pm

• Location: Blue Sport Stable Center

• Vendor Verification: All food and beverage vendors must submit a Vendor Verification by 9:00 AM on July 10th, 2024. There is no cost for this verification.

• Additional Fees: The Broomfield Chamber will absorb any additional fees required by the state or county permits to attend this event.

• Alcohol Service: All alcohol must be poured and approved by local authorities. For more details, please email Andrea Warren at andrea.warren@broomfieldchamber.com.

• All equipment, tents, and marketing materials must be on the arena floor by 4:30 PM.

• The loading dock will close at 4:30 PM.

• Booths must be set up by 4:45 PM.

• Unloading and Set-up: You will have access to the Blue Sport Stable Center starting at 3:00 PM to unload and set up your booth.

• Set-up Requirements: All equipment, tents, and marketing materials must be on the arena floor by 4:15 PM.

• The loading dock will close at 4:30 PM.
