About Us

The Broomfield Workforce Center is a service of the City and County of Broomfield that operates in partnership with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE). Broomfield's Workforce Center is a member of the Colorado Rural Workforce Consortium.
At the Workforce Center, we are dedicated to providing a variety of services to assist employers and job seekers alike. For business?s we offer a free job posting website, pre-screening of applicants and state-wide recruitment assistance. We regularly provide space for hiring events and interviews as well as administer certain pre-employment assessments. We are also able to supply current labor market analysis and statistics that may be beneficial to local employers.
For job-seekers we offer job listings, computer and internet access, career counseling and training, and resume assistance. Employment assistance services are also available for youth and again, our services are free to the general public.
